Ethical Business Policy

1. ENVIRONMENT:

Striving to safeguard the environment and reduce the utilization of local resources, we commit to adhering to the standards outlined in relevant local and international laws, regulations, as well as international agreements and their stipulated requirements. Our operations will embrace forward-looking strategies to enhance energy efficiency, harness energy for production, mitigate adverse impacts on climate and air quality, preserve water resources, regulate chemical usage, minimize waste generation, maximize recycling efforts, and safeguard living organisms and their natural habitats.

2. SUPPLY CHAIN AND PRODUCTION TRACEABILITY:

We will establish criteria for supplier acceptability to ensure a sustainable supply chain. All stakeholders involved will receive guidance, and activities such as monitoring, assessment, review, and oversight will be conducted to ensure compliance with these standards.

3. SOCIAL COMPLIANCE

   3.1. HUMANITY RESPECT:

We treat our employees with respect and value them as individuals. We strictly prohibit any form of mistreatment, including physical punishment, harassment, abuse of power, threats, or forced labor. No one will be made to work to pay off debts, while in prison, or in illegal jobs.

Employees have the right to resign with proper notice, and their freedom of movement is not restricted. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or other factors during hiring, pay, training, promotion, or when someone leaves the company.

Employees can voice concerns or suggestions without fear of retaliation through complaint mechanisms provided.

3.2. FREEDOM TO ASSOCIATE AND FORM COLLECTIVE WORK AGREEMENTS:

Every employee is entitled to associate with a union and participate in collective labor agreements. No unfair treatment will be imposed on anyone exercising these rights. We neither provide incentives for relinquishing these rights nor hinder labor union activities. Employee representatives are protected from discrimination, enabling them to freely fulfill their responsibilities in the workplace.

   3.3. WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY:

Ensuring the well-being of employees is our most significant concern, focusing on preventing workplace accidents and illnesses. We will integrate a proactive approach across all processes to promote and instill a culture of Occupational Health and Safety. Regular training sessions will be provided for employees, and we'll ensure adherence to local regulations, international conventions, and standards. Efforts will be made to minimize any health and safety risks related to work, and the effectiveness of this approach will rely on the collective knowledge and expertise of our employees.

3.4. THE USE OF CHILD LABOR:

The employment of individuals under the age of 16, known as child labor, is strictly prohibited and unsupported. For individuals aged 16 to 18, considered as Youth Employees, their employment must comply with relevant laws and standards. It is ensured that Youth Employees are not exposed to situations that could jeopardize their physical or psychological well-being and health.

   3.5. BUSINESS ETHICS:

No bribes or commissions will be given or accepted under any circumstances. We have a zero-tolerance policy for corruption and bribery.

   3.6. EQUAL WAGES:

The compensation for a regular workday must meet or exceed the legally mandated minimum wage. Payments below this minimum will not be allowed under any circumstances. No deductions will be made from employees' wages without their explicit consent, except for situations specified by law.

   3.7. ENFORCEMENT OF DISCIPLINARY MEASURES:

Employees will be safeguarded against any form of inhumane treatment and exploitation. In the realm of disciplinary actions, physical or psychological violence, as well as verbal or physical harassment, will not be permitted under any circumstances. Monetary fines will not be imposed.

4. SECURITY IN CUSTOMS:

We will use effective risk management methods to secure employees, facilities, information, and shipments from potential threats both inside and outside the company. All operations will be made secure, and ongoing monitoring and assessment will be conducted to continuously improve security measures.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY OF PRODUCT:

To mitigate any potential harm to end users resulting from our products, we will formulate and adhere to rigorous product health and safety standards throughout all phases of the production process. A continuous system of control and ongoing reviews will be established to uphold the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
